One front door to the digital & physical world

What it does today. Imagine a school where every club is genuinely great, but nobody knows which door to knock on. allin-anything is the front desk. You say what you want — "design a phone stand I can 3D-print," "check my budget," "turn my sketch into a floor plan" — and a router (a real program, not vibes) names the right tool and shows how much of that tool has been machine-verified: white = just listed, yellow = facts pinned to a commit, green = its own tests ran here and passed. Nothing gets a badge without proof. It already runs whole chains — hand-drawn ink became a floor plan that passed five building checks — and it can run some chains by itself, but it obeys a security exam it deliberately failed: it always stops and hands the risky step to a human.

After the roadmap. Every tool green. More chains, including learn-anything-with-animations. Autonomy raised only when the security blockers actually close — never before. A weekly robot check flags anything stale. One front desk where every promise carries its receipt.

1Say what you want — the router answers, with receipts

A deterministic router (every claim below is also a pytest). Try one:

2No badge without a gate — the live ladder

Loaded from data/registry.yml at request time. Statuses are earned by evidence, never claimed.

3Chains that cross the digital↔physical border

Each chain was proven by running the target's own gate live (walkthroughs in docs/walkthroughs/).

4Bounded autonomy — run a chain right now

The AutoRunner executes only 🟢-satellite chains, re-checks statuses at runtime, and ALWAYS stops at the human gate. Refusals are the feature: BRACE scored this deployment NO-GO (15/44) and the code obeys it.

5The pen→digital bridge — penecho, running upstream

penecho is AGPL-3.0: we index it (pointer + pinned digest), we NEVER vendor it. It runs from its own checkout; this panel only looks across the bridge.

6After the roadmap (honest horizon)

🔑 The rule underneath all of it: aggregate exit codes, not claims — and a human owns every irreversible step.
